Job Description You join the IT Global Banking, Clients & Credit Risk (GBCR) division as Director or Director of the Financing Programme and are in charge of the transformation program from processing financing operations from the front to synthesis systems, and their international deployment. On a daily basis, your tasks are to: Lead the successful execution of the transformation program; Anticipate risks and propose solutions and remediation plans; Ensure the implementation of the change management plan in conjunction with operational teams. Our work methodology is agile. The position is based in Paris and includes 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, and on-site services such as catering, gym or corporate concierge. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us With a higher education in computer science, you have significant experience within a financial institution or in IS project management. You are familiar with: The challenges of financing activities; Managing teams (leading, federating, driving the achievement of objectives); Leading large-scale IT projects.
