Job Description Within CIO CIB - Global Markets, you join the "Business Risk Indicator Supervision" team led by Charles-Edouard Fourmaintraux, as head of the "Rates" production chain. You are the primary point of contact for the Rate, FX, and Credit business lines for production topics. Your responsibilities include improving and aligning the level of service provided to the business with IT investments, coordinating business processes in alignment with the business organization, managing interactions with business stakeholders, providing a transversal vision of IT value stream components, and delivering quality IT Run reporting to business users and the IT Management Board. Your daily tasks are to: Ensure the quality of IT interactions with the production business by overseeing the major incident management process within the IT teams; Ensure communication with the business is of good quality and coordinate impacts on the business in case of major incidents; Verify business user satisfaction with IT management services through ongoing interactions and regular satisfaction surveys; Develop domain expertise and knowledge within IT teams to ensure continuous improvement; Manage IT production reports and service level tracking by following end-to-end business processes, implementing the indicator pack to accurately monitor production quality, holding regular meetings with the business to review major incidents and remediation plans, and liaising with operational risks to report on the progress of remediation plans; Monitor cross-functional IT events with other departments, domains, or application support, respond to a business user’s concerns or problems, and coordinate requests/incidents from VIP/VOP users reported in the context of monitoring major events, processes, and customer escalation; Develop domain expertise and knowledge within IT teams and ensure teams participate in incident resolution action plans close to business users for continuous improvement.
