Job Description

Responsibilities The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves driving sales, maintaining inventory, implementing store policies and procedures, and developing strategies to meet targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the footwear retail industry, a loyal customer base, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. RETAIL Operate our retail store and maintain it in the brand’s standard. Schedule employee shifts and ensure adequate coverage. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue. Acquire new customers and recruit them to become BOTH’s VIP. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock levels and timely replenishment. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage loss prevention strategies. Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service by handling customer inquiries and feedback. Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Expand the retail business through JV, concession, shop-in-shop concept with department stores across Europe. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in fashion, business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years in footwear wholesale. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English and French.
