Your Impact: As Senior Product Owner, you will join dynamic product teams organised into squads, playing a pivotal role in our ambitious digital transformation program within an international context. Your day to day : Be responsible for critical features of our global webshop, overseeing the complete lifecycle of product development—from gathering business requirements to production deployment and continuous improvement. Manage the product roadmap and backlog, collect business needs and customer feedback, prioritize user stories, and ensure effective communication with country teams. 60% of your time will be dedicated to delivery activities, including conducting design sprints and drafting user stories. 20% of your efforts will be to shape the product vision through discovery activities, roadmap building, and backlog prioritization. The remaining 20% will focus on stakeholder management, collaborating with IT stakeholders and representatives from various countries to ensure alignment and drive product success. Your strenghts and skills : 5-years minimum of experience in product ownership or management, particularly within the eCommerce sector, A good knowledge of B2B sector is a significant advantage, Significant experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum methodology, Solid experience in managing cross-functional Teams in an international context, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
