If you're ready to be a part of this exciting journey, join us at Cooper Consumer Health, and together, let's empower healthier lives Position Overview: The ERP Leader will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing support of the company’s ERP systems (AX2012, Sage, SAP, …). This position demands someone who can define a simple, effective ERP strategy but is also ready to actively resolve issues as they arise in system implementation and day-to-day operations. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration with external partners, and creating a strong network of key users and BPOs to ensure the success of ERP initiatives across all business functions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a clear, scalable ERP strategy aligned with business goals. Drive hands-on ERP solutions, ensuring systems are optimized and issues are promptly resolved. Resource Management Lead a small, efficient ERP team and oversee external partners to ensure high-quality delivery. Foster a collaborative, problem-solving culture focused on continuous improvement. Project Management & Implementation Oversee ERP projects from planning to go-live, ensuring smooth integration and adoption. Implement governance frameworks and resolve system issues to keep operations running smoothly. Key User Community & BPO Network Build and empower a network of key users and BPOs as ERP champions and first-line support. Facilitate training and workshops to align the ERP community with business needs. Functional Integration Optimize ERP systems for finance, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Leverage ERP data to provide actionable insights for better decision-making. Support Model & Operations Design and manage a lean ERP support model for efficient incident resolution and system reliability. Monitor change requests, user licenses, and drive continuous improvements. Vendor and Partner Management Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure high-quality delivery. Oversee budgets and monitor performance to maintain alignment with project goals. Key Qualifications: Proven experience leading ERP implementations in mid-to-large-scale organizations (€500M revenue), ideally in OTC, retail, or FMCG sectors. Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or AX, Sage X3) with functional knowledge of finance, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain. Experience managing internal teams and external partners, with a demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to operate in a lean team environment, balancing leadership with direct involvement in resolving issues and ensuring systems function smoothly. Strong expertise in troubleshooting and resolving ERP issues during both the implementation phase and day-to-day operations. Exceptional project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels with a focus on pragmatic problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems tailored to OTC, retail, or manufacturing industries. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, including GxP validation (preferred but not mandatory). MBA or advanced degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
