Residential Children Support Worker £12- £18 per hour Shropshire Temp As a Children's Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in making a positive difference in a child's life. Your key responsibilities will include: Helping children in need cope with their daily issues through activities and therapy. Providing direct care to children and young people in a residential setting. Creating a safe and positive place for residents. Monitoring resident's daily progress. To be successful in the role of a Children Support worker you will: A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their well-being. Minimum 6 months paid experience in a UK children's care setting within the past 3 years. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. The right to live and work in the UK - essential for employment. A valid UK driving license - essential for the role.
