Office Manager Job Overview 18 month fixed term contract Deliver high-quality support services as directed by the Directors, including tasks such as audio and copy typing, photocopying, stationery and supply chain procurement, scanning, filing, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of documentation and specifications using Microsoft Office, adhering to templates, brand standards, client requirements, and framework guidelines. Assist in the preparation and coordination of tender and bid documentation, ensuring compliance with guidelines and adherence to deadlines. Office Manager Job Requirements 3 Years Administration Background, ideally within a Construction setting Excellent Microsoft Packages Experience Previous exposure to Ministry of Defence projects preferred but not essential UK Resident for 5 years or a British national (for security clearance). Office Manager Salary & Benefits Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service.
