Warehouse Operative

Join a dynamic and fast-paced team as a Warehouse Operative Our client, a leading provider in their industry, is seeking a motivated individual to support their Operations Team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate receipt, management, and dispatch of stock. Option to purchase private medical Life Assurance - 3 x salary Group income protection for absence over 8 weeks up to 2 years Great EAP with some fab medical benefits Responsibilities: Receive deliveries from manufacturing facilities and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies Pick customer orders promptly and accurately, following FIFO guidelines Pack and dispatch customer orders to ensure safe transit Handle loan and demo stock for evaluation and exhibition purposes Conduct cycle counting to maintain stock accuracy Assist with processing customer returns Requirements: GCSE grade C/5 in maths and English Physical ability to assist with goods movement Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Forklift licence (desirable) Key Competencies: Integrity: Demonstrate honesty and respect confidentiality Communication: Listen actively and communicate concisely and accurately Prioritisation: Utilise finite resources effectively and make informed decisions Consistency: Build trust and reliability in your work Collaboration: Value the contributions of others and foster teamwork At our client's organisation, you will thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment.
