Easily accessible location. Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Packing Operatives to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our unique products are packed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Packing the manufactured product into boxes and tubing Printing labels and reading work documents Choosing the correct packing materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Managing the order book and determining the correct order to pack items Key Skills Required: Problem-solving abilities IT skills (with increasing importance as the role develops) Decision-making capabilities Ability to work to tight deadlines Good communication skills About You: You are a committed and hardworking individual looking to grow with us. You have the ability to understand and follow detailed instructions. You are capable of working independently and as part of a team.
