IT Technician/Support

Minimum requirements: Formal IT qualification / certification (NQF6 ) 3 5 years experience in IT support within a FMCG, Retail, Wholesale or Manufacturing environment Ability to liaise with external service providers Problem solver with a hands-on approach Ability to understand new systems and software and optimisation thereof Reliable transport with valid drivers license Reporting to Financial Manager Daily maintenance and support on all IT functionality within the business including hardware, software, network, operating systems, IT security, hosting, systems and printing Support to outlying farming businesses within the group on the same basis from time to time Monthly report on all IT functionality within the group and proposal of potential risks, optimisations and improvements Requirement for support during standby hours when required Consultant: Charlene Nel - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
