Service Advisor

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE This dealership, located in the vibrant North of Johannesburg, offers a wide range of bakkies, SUVs, and compact vehicles, catering to a diverse customer base. They are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their proactive and dedicated workshop team. With a unique approach that emphasizes exceptional service, community engagement, and genuine passion, the dealership is looking for someone who excels at building lasting relationships with customers and demonstrates true enthusiasm for the trade, has at least 2 years of experience in a franchised dealership, preferably with multibrand exposure, is well-groomed, possess excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and have the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers. Working knowledge of Evolve and IAL systems is essential for this role. Job Requirements. Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License and own transport Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership Above average customer service, problem solving and team player skills Exceptionally well groomed and presented Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties Have working knowledge of a Evolve & IAL.
