Job Description

Completed Grade 12 couple with 2 years working experience as a Health & Safety Administrator SAMTRAC qualification Experience in Health & Safety practices, including knowledge of OH&S regulations and ISO45001 standards (not negotiable) Sales Admin experience in both a sales and technical sales environment Valid Drivers Licence Duties - Sales Orders & Invoicing: Manage sales orders, quotes, job cards, and invoicing Customer Needs: Understand and tailor solutions to customer requirements Order Management: Place and follow up on customer orders Quotation Follow-Up: Monitor and address queries on quotations Customer Support: Handle complaints and provide resolutions Job Allocation: Assign tasks to LMIs and Crane Technicians Technical Liaison: Coordinate with Technical staff on projects Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and build relationships Equipment Certification: Ensure equipment is certified and meets standards Inspection Reports: Verify and capture inspection details Timely Correspondence: Send required reports and correspondence on time Safety Reporting: Report risks and prioritise safety Safety Practices: Adhere to safety policies and contribute to ISO45001 Safety Files: Manage customer safety files and Contractor packs Staff Safety: Ensure staff safety and compliance with regulations Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
