Secure Supported Housing (SSH) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our team. At SSH, we provide vulnerable adults with temporary accommodation in a safe and supportive environment, helping them regain independence and stability. As our marketing apprentice, you will have the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, supporting our efforts to raise awareness and engage with key stakeholders across multiple marketing channels. From digital campaigns to community outreach, you will be at the heart of promoting our mission and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support. If you're ready to learn, grow, and help us amplify our message, we'd love to hear from you In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Create, edit, and upload high-quality photos and content showcasing new and available properties across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice in all social media posts to attract potential tenants and clients. Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) and adjust content strategies as needed to increase visibility and engagement. Develop and implement creative campaigns and posts to highlight new listings, special offers, and property features. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure effective outreach. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
