Coordinate collections with transport companies and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing updates. Track shipments, manage invoicing, and handle pre-alerts from overseas offices. Prepare and process Customs entries as needed. Oversee shipments from start to finish. Handle job costing and invoicing. What You’ll Bring: At least 2 years’ experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company. Expertise in handling air, road, or sea freight imports/exports. Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures. Familiarity with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Why Apply?
