Ocean & Air Import Operator - Basildon We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Ocean & Air Import Operator to join a dynamic and fast-paced freight forwarding team. Key Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end import process for ocean and air shipments. Handling customs clearances, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Liaising with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment handling. Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation. Providing exceptional customer service, and resolving queries efficiently. About You: Previous experience in freight forwarding, specifically in ocean and air imports. Strong knowledge of customs procedures and import regulations. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
