We’re searching for a dynamic, creative and organised individual with a passion for experiential marketing and retail, brand store/flagships. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with reduced risk products. It’s not the number of years’ experience that’s important; if you are passionate about experiential marketing, coupled with the skills to take on the role and share our passion to participate, then this is the role for you. The Role Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, assisting with core administrative tasks. Accurately responding to briefs and requests given to you by your project team. Facilitation of creative outputs (2D & 3D) - taking core design principles and translating into flagship store designs. Collaborating with relevant internal teams (including production, logistics, creative, staffing, IT, finance) as directed by managers. Responsible for coordinating calls, contact reports, internal briefs, asset sourcing, updating templates, general admin, travel, purchasing, co-ordination, delivery and project comms Supporting with event staff bookings and management; including screening staff, devising rotas and call files, briefing, sourcing uniforms and booking accommodation. Ownership of project elements where required, and a key point of contact for colleagues, clients and suppliers. Playing an active support role at live events. Day to day client contact. Arranging, managing and attending all meetings/workshops. Update contact report. Client key takeouts emails Oversee 3D, Tech Drawings and 2D design work. Working closely with creative. Venue client support. Supplier finance, POs, invoicing. Liaise with local market agency (who will run the Flagship / Store once live) Facilitate production process. Liaise with production supplier/s, working closely with Production. Asset sourcing, updating templates, general admin, travel, purchasing, co-ordination, delivery and project comms - supports Senior Project Manager. Skills & Experience First class communication skills and an obvious passion for live events and experiential marketing is essential. Proven organisational skills along with solid IT skills (good knowledge of the Office Suite) are a must. Exceptional attention to detail is required. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Experience in a similar role (e.g. project co-ordinator/executive) is ideal, although the right attitude is the most important thing: can-do, passionate, ambitious, flexible and willing to get stuck in. Experience working in an office environment supporting with administrative tasks is essential. Why work for TRO?
