Coordinate collections with transport companies and ensure smooth logistics. Collaborate with clients, branch offices, agents, and transport providers. Provide top-notch customer service by handling inquiries and keeping clients updated. Track shipments, process invoicing, and manage pre-alerts. Prepare and process Customs entries as needed. Oversee shipments through to final delivery. Handle job costing and invoicing efficiently. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years’ experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company. Hands-on experience managing air, road, or sea freight imports/exports. Solid knowledge of customs clearance procedures. Familiarity with freight software (e.g., Cargowise, Multifreight).
