We're seeking an exceptional Portfolio Support Manager to support the Portfolio Manager with their team of General Managers nationally accross the Portfolio Division. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student living experiences and satisfaction. The role is home-based but will require national travel to support your team of General Managers. As a Portfolio Support Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to exceptional customer experiences, health and safety, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Drive KPI performance, accountability, and ownership through supportive leadership. Oversee standards across properties through planned visits, audits, coaching, and performance verification reviews (PVRs). Ensure daily checks, safe working practices, and high standards are consistently upheld. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, training, and development. Influence sales performance and drive operational excellence for outstanding customer satisfaction. Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and reporting. Support the Portfolio Manager in building and maintaining client relationships, working flexibly to their needs.
