Collecting outstanding debts while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Regularly reviewing the company's credit control procedures. Reporting and presenting financial data to the senior management team. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Implementing strategies to reduce the company's outstanding debts. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
