You will play a pivotal role in the overall running of the business, overseeing the projects and service department looking after around 20 staff, whilst implementing new procedures, recognising areas for growth and improvement working closely with the director. This role would suit an Operations Manager from a mechanical maintenance or service background, looking to join an expanding business where you will have the opportunity to progress to director level, whilst running all operations for the business.
