Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Vivace Cafe & Pizzeria in Birmingham. The Barista will be responsible for customer service, food preparation, and creating delicious coffee beverages for customers on a daily basis. As a Barista, You Will Be Responsible For Delivering consistent and memorable service time after time to our guests Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and wiping down surfaces Be passionate, dynamic and creative and have excellent attention to detail Be used to working at pace and be thorough and organised Be great at working within a high energy team environment Providing guidance, assistance and training to other staff Qualifications Barista and Food Preparation skills Interpersonal and Communication skills Customer Service skills Experience in a similar role Handling high volume of orders Ability to work well in a team environment
