Head of Supply Chain Are you an experienced Supply Chain Manager within the FMCG industry? Do you have a proven track record of leading a fast-paced team within supply chain? Are you operationally focused with the ability to drive efficiencies and build high-performing teams? MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG business on the search for a Head of Supply Chain. This is a permanent role based within the North West. Key Responsibilities Manages 3PL provider within a multiple distribution centre setting. Develops and manages the budget for Operations. Responsibility for procurement of Service Centre equipment and supplies. Responsible for ensuring Shortage Control related procedures are followed to keep inventory level accurate. Ensures the Service Centres can operate at all times and fully support the divisional requirements. Manages projects relative to the Service Centres, starting from problem analysis, through specification, conceptual and detailed design until contract management, installation, and completion. Defines and communicates motivating goals, identifies training needs, coaches, motivates and develops the team to ensure performance growth within the department. Holds team accountable for expected results. Establishes and maintains a high-quality skilled cross-trained workforce. Responsible for ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations within the work unit. What are we looking for? Minimum of 10years of experience in Logistics and / or Supply Chain. Proven ability to “raise the bar” in terms of performance, within a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong leadership skills and able to build partnerships.
