Our client, a commercial and retail bank, has an opening for a Continuity and Resilience Risk Manager to join their team. About the role: Lead the Business Continuity team, managing day-to-day activities Continuously review and evolve assessments and tests, identifying risks and recommending mitigation Drive engagement and understanding of business continuity practices at all levels of the organisation Collaborate with technology and third-party teams to design and implement continuity and exit plans Work closely with security and leadership teams to prepare for unexpected challenges Ensure regulatory compliance with Operational Resilience standards About you: Proven experience in managing business continuity programs, including disaster recovery and testing Knowledge of Operational Resilience regulations and embedding them into processes Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across all levels of an organisation People leadership experience with a focus on team development Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and deliver optimal solutions If this sounds like you, apply today
