Opus have partnered with an Elite ServiceNow Partner who are looking to expand their ServiceNow Centre of Excellence with an experienced technical consultant who is well adept with both development & communication skills. They have a series of ITSM, CSM, GRC, ITOM & ITAM projects in the pipeline for their core delivery team giving you an unrivalled industry exposure to Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education & Retail implementations. The ideal candidate would be well versed in REST/SOAP API integrations, configuration, & technical development throughout each project whilst acting as the face of the business for the client to gather requirements, hold workshops & consult the client where needed.
