Livestock Solutions Market-leading global organization Outstanding career and earning prospects Flexible on location Sales experience in veterinary is advantageous THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will build new and manage relationships to expand the livestock diagnostics business in the UK & Ireland. Day to day the successful candidate will be making a difference keeping animals free of disease selling their portfolio of livestock, and poultry tests ultimately protecting the supply chain. Typical contacts you will engage with include c-suite contacts, vets, farmers, lab managers, agribusinesses and educational research institutions. The role is national covering the UK & Ireland including Scotland and Wales with traveling approximately 60% of the time. Due to restructuring and growth, this exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Business Development Manager. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a minimum of at least five years of sales experience preferably in the veterinary diagnostics sector. We will also consider applicants with diagnostics, life sciences and scientific sales. A BSc or MSc in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines is required.
