Audit Manager

An Audit Manager is required to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the accounting and finance department in a professional services firm. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong financial acumen, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Description Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Conduct financial audits and present findings to stakeholders. Ability to manage from planning through to review. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting and finance department. Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives. Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential opportunities. Prepare and present financial reports and statements. Profile A successful Audit Manager should have: An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA) Previous experience in an Audit Manager role within a professional services firm. Strong financial acumen and an ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, with an ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
