Responsibilities Who you are As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the modeling and engineering teams to bridge the gap between users and products. The Product Manager will help support the product and understand, translate, and develop requirements for product enhancements. S/he will manage requests and requirements of our internal (modeling and R&D) and SaaS (enterprise data and marketing optimization) solutions. S/he will communicate across broader teams. What you'll do Become a subject matter expert Develop and democratize knowledge across our data and modeling processes, platforms, and cross-product dependencies; influence our product wireframe, workflow, and roadmap Be a market research and analysis leader Conduct an internal audit of our products and an external audit of our industry; identify root causes of the company's and industry's business challenges and map product-driven business opportunities Own the refinement of products Write requirements, functional specifications, and other supporting documentation for new and existing systems; produce thorough documentation of current and future product flow Stakeholder management Effectively interact with data science, client services, econometric modeling, and engineering teams to understand, analyze, and discover the need for product documentation and refinement Spearhead product commercialization Develop product marketing ideas and materials and support external documentation of products Qualifications A bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management or related field 3 years in marketing science and media analytics; experience from AdTech or MarTech preferred Proof of knowledge or experience in time series analysis and supervised machine learning Proven records of owning a launch of innovation of a product and commercial growth from the product(s) Holds technical proficiency in interpreted languages like R or Python Holds data proficiency in data architecture, data infrastructure, cloud storage, and query language Holds knowledge of project management tools like Confluence, Jira, Trello, SharePoint, and others Holds exposure/proficiency in whiteboard/UX software like Miro, Mural, Figma, and others Highly proficient in data and spreadsheet tools, like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL Demonstration of creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail Exhibition of stakeholder management and effectual communication Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
