Head Of Corporate Visual Merchandising

We are currently looking for our Head of Corporate Visual Merchandising, who will report hierarchically to the Corporate Visual Merchandising & Pop-Up Director. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Provide leadership and coordination in the development of the products presentation visual strategy, to ensure the 360° consistency of Brand identity at global level cross-channel and contribute to sales goals achievement. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : Nurse and evolve the Visual Merchandising Principles / Guidelines for products presentation in alignment with Brand Image; Lead the assigned staff in the preparations and in the delivery of the set of visual manuals, supports and tools and in the guidance and monitoring activities to deploy the corporate guidelines; Ensure the continuous development of the visual marketing culture within the Retail and cross-channel management, in order to build the recognized Zegna's VM Identity; Develop Guidelines pre and post buying, aiming to guide the assortment and then ensure effective in-season display solutions; Provide guidance and styling consultancy during Collection shootings, partnering with the Design Team and the Artistic Director; Provide guidance and strategic approach for the creative set up of the Showroom in occasion of Sales Campaigns and for any kind of corporate and high strategic event at the Worldwide level; Provide inputs to store design liaising with Store Planning Department. PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION Creative skills and luxury sensibility; Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships; Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven; Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills; At least 8 years of Visual Merchandising experience; University degree; Fluent English, other languages a plus; Availability to business travel.
