Chengdu Branch - B40 Amazon provides enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform worldwide, and more than 2 million Sellers have been using this Marketplace service today. Amazon is developing infrastructure aggressively to support this growth, particularly in the booming cross-border selling area. ESM SAS Pro Service is a fast-expanding program aiming at providing China-based Sellers with professional and value-added services including account management and consulting services to drive Sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces. Meanwhile, we aim to enhance Seller experience and improve the Amazon end customer experience by enabling more selection, better input management, and fewer defects in their shopping experience. In this context, Amazon China Global Selling SAS Pro Service team is seeking an experienced account manager who will work closely with Sellers to monitor and drive business performance, and provide 1:1 consultancy for exploring business opportunities and generating strategic solutions to drive business growth. You will manage relationships with Sellers and develop strategies for their global accounts to maximize business growth and further enhance these relationships, while delivering first-class service for Seller satisfaction. You should also understand the Seller selling experience on Amazon and generate Seller insights, working backwards with the Amazon product team to improve Amazon features, services, and policies. Key Job Responsibilities Conduct deep dive analysis on key factors affecting Seller business performance, diagnose root causes, and provide actionable plans (operational improvements, product development, and process improvement). Generate Seller insights on Amazon features, services, policies, and multiple channel strategies to indicate business opportunities. Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework. Drive Seller growth and success through selection growth, conversion enhancement, ads optimization, and feature adoption. Generate category insights and collaborate with the PM team to further scale category growth. Work with PM/Central Ops team to drive product/feature/service content innovations based on in-depth Seller learnings and insights. Enroll new Sellers into SAS Pro service through multiple channels including offline events and co-pitching with BD and the Seller community. Build and maintain strong relationships with in-service Sellers through proactive engagement activities. Minimum Requirements 5 years relevant experience in retail/consultancy and/or related industries, with a proven track record of managing relationships/projects and influencing key stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to independently use tools (Salesforce, Excel, other internal tools). Experience in using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for business decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, plan, and delegate tasks. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Proficiency in oral and written English. BA/BS required. Preferred Qualifications Strong in data mining and business analytics, able to present business insights based on data facts. Cross-Border Ecommerce Business background preferred.
