Digital Integration Project Manager

About the role Coesia's IT department is dedicated to adopting new integration technologies to transform the way data is exchanged between business systems and applications. The aim is to achieve consistency across applications and data sources, while enabling the orchestration of complex, multi-step processes both internally and with external partners. This approach will ensure the sustainability, security, support, and resilience of the architecture. Additionally, the new integration strategy will be applied not only to new projects but also to existing point-to-point integrations and legacy integration platforms. The new integration manager will be in charge of the integration architecture and integration projects portfolio. In this role, the selected candidate will report to the Digital Platforms and Hyperautomation Program Manager as a part of the Digital Technologies and ICT department and will cover activities as: Defining, together with the IT Enterprise architect, a centrally managed integration architecture, governance, and set of standard guidelines; Manage design, adoption, implementation, support, and continuous update of the central integration architecture; Translate diverse business requirements into detailed technical specifications, effectively aligning them with appropriate integration solutions; Manage central projects at the group level and support/guide local projects at the company level; Work together with the data platform team and the low-code development team, to guarantee the full adoption of the three sets of tools. What you need to be successful Master's degree in IT or a related field; Minimum of 3 years experience in IT, specifically on integration platforms and project management. Previous experience in software development is considered a plus; Proficiency in Integration platforms, tools & applications, better if Boomi; Experience in project management within the software development or the IT domain, waterfall and/or agile; Proficient in English, both written and verbal (B2/C1); Optional: Experience with low-code development tools, IPA tools, or web/mobile applications development; Optional: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Powerapps, Powerautomate) or Automation Anywhere; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with internal stakeholders; Solid analytical abilities to decipher complex requirements and scenarios; Motivated individual with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
