External Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an External Site Manager for their major residential scheme based in East London. As an External Manager, you will be responsible for managing the external packages which includes RC frame, ground works, hard and soft landscaping and facade works. You will be ensuring the safety of temporary works, co-ordination of sub-contractors and ensuring QA is met to a high standard. Ideal candidate would ideally have a BEng Civil Engineering degree and have 5 years minimum experience working for a residential main contractor or residential developer here. This is a one year freelance contract role here and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate. Payments made via CIS. Interested?
