Management Accountant

Your new company This financial services organisation has a need for an experienced Management Accountant to join them, managing a portfolio of clients' monthly Management Accounts preparation and presentation. Your new role In this role, the Outsourced Management Accountant will be responsible for the following within a client-facing role: Preparation of monthly management accounts and MI reports in an accurate manner to agreed timescales Production of a set of working papers which agree to trial balance Year-end reporting and preparation of annual financial statements Undertake key financial analysis and appraisals Bank and all other balance sheet reconciliations Statutory reporting to regulatory bodies Preparation of budgets and forecasts Provision of financial advice and support to clients and Directors alike Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders Maintaining detailed cash flow forecasts Occasional support with bookkeeping and analysis work What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be AAT Level 4 qualified Have at least 5 years' of progressive experience in a finance role with at least 3 years in a management accounts role Have excellent attention to detail Be a confident communicator, comfortable in presenting financial information Have strong Microsoft Excel skills Have experience using Xero and Sage software (preferable) What you'll get in return Salary: Negotiable Head office based with potential client on-site working 31 days including bank holidays Life assurance scheme Private Medical Cover Company events Free parking available at head office What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
