About the Job Role: Senior Planner Industry: Construction Salary: £80-90k 6k car allowance, depending on experience Location: London, flexible with multiple office locations Job Type: Permanent, start date in January ideally About the Role Main Contractor clients are after a Senior Planner to join their UK Construction Division in London. You will be someone with commercial experience in London or within the M25, ideally Medical or Education scheme. Must be proficient with Asta Power software, and be able to work autonomously. Responsibilities: Lead projects as the sole planner with confidence and without supervision, as well as produce tenders simultaneously. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors. Utilize in-depth knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes. Oversee the entire project process from inception to completion, coordinating duties for both preconstruction process and on site. Utilize planning-related software literacy and solutions for programs/schedules Lead meetings on program-related matters Qualifications And Skills: Relevant Degree or diploma in industry related field Relevant industry qualifications and or training (Asta Power) Successful track record of working with clients, contractors and other stakeholders Experience in working on multiple live sites and tenders at the same time If you're a Planner looking for your next step to lead projects, build strategic relationships, apply now.
