Painter & Decorator

We are currently looking for Painter & Decorators to work on a large social housing repairs contract in the Portsmouth area. This role will include all aspects of painting & decorating work, speaking to tenants and planners daily and carrying out reactive repairs in tenanted properties. This is a temp to perm position, where you will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks work. Duties: All aspects of Painting & Decorating Speaking to tenants Using company van & PDA High quality of work Requirements: At least 3 years' experience as a Painter & Decorator Social housing experience NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating Full UK Driving Licence Own tools Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Sick pay after 12 months Access to tool loan Buy & sell holiday scheme Discounted gym membership Company van & fuel card
