About You We're looking for teachers who: Are experienced or have a strong interest in working with children with special educational needs. Have solid knowledge and experience in teaching phonics. Are creative, patient, and committed to supporting each child's unique learning journey. Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications (SEN qualifications desirable but not essential).
