Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with FDA, state, and USP standards Oversee quality assurance, including sterility testing and environmental monitoring Manage inventory, resolve quality issues, and maintain rigorous documentation Lead training initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement Ideal Candidate: Pharm.D. with 5 years in sterile compounding Proven leadership and compliance expertise Active pharmacist license in relevant states
