Role Description : - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Raurkela. - This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee team operations, manage projects, and ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions. - You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to project timelines. - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and solutions. - Drive end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while adhering to Agile or Waterfall methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital transformation strategies. - Conduct technical reviews, code quality checks, and ensure compliance with best practices and standards. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to the team. - Prepare and present reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team. Qualifications and Technical Skills : Educational Background : - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Master's degree is a plus. Leadership Skills : - Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and driving performance. Project Management Certifications : - PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications. Technical Expertise : - Proficiency in system integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). - Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancers) and cybersecurity protocols. - Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar). - Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Java, or C#). - Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data analytics tools. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM systems) and API integrations. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience : - Minimum 8 years in IT roles with 3 years in a leadership position.
