If youre as energised as a new Duracell bunny with the alert skills of a meerkat, this is the job for you Youll work in our brand new CQC registered service, at the heart of supporting our customers making a big difference to five adults, all of whom have learning disabilities and/or autism and require 24/7 support. Typical night Providing regulated care, which will include administration of medication, provision of personal care including support with bathing and dressing. Youll support customers with practical tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals and aspirations in their support plans. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. Theres no rushing from customer to the next here, and there is plenty of time to work together with your colleagues too.
