Operations Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a vibrant seafront harbour. Who can drive exceptional visitor experiences, and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance are top priorities. Collaborate with senior teams to deliver operational excellence and revenue growth. Lead and manage the Duty Management Team and Customer Service Operative Team. Support events, animations, and trader management, ensuring exceptional standards and customer service. Manage onsite security, parking systems, and key infrastructure. Maintain and improve health & safety standards across all operations. Build strong relationships with traders, fostering success and collaboration. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in operational or site management roles. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and licensing standards is advantageous.
