New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager We are working with an Independent Estate Agents in Birmingham City Centre who are seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager to join their busy office. The successful New Homes Sales Consultant / Manager will have proven new homes sales experience. Role responsibilities / duties: Meeting and greeting customers on site Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements Dealing with incoming sales enquiries Taking customers on viewings Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales Key requirements: New homes sales experience in housebuilding Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office Be very customer service focused and sales orientated Be immaculately presented Hours of work Mon – Fri: 8.45am - 5.30pm Every other Saturday (no day off in lieu) Salary Basic - £24k to £30k (depending on experience) Commission - £1,000 to £2,000 per sale (£1,500 average commission per sale) Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
