Senior Site Manager

The regional manager is seeking an aspiring Senior Site Manager to work on schemes within Midlands comprising of PRS and PBSA schemes. As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the geographical area. Some duties include: Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. Demonstrate good financial knowledge Ensure site records are maintained Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities Working on projects valued from £50m What my client look for: This role would someone with the following: Previous experience in the Construction industry Hold the relevant certifications SMSTS, Construction Management degree, CSCS, Temporary works etc
