Maintenance Technician

Our client, a property management firm, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team at a three different residential buildings around PA. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensure the building operates smoothly, and provide exceptional service to residents. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep. Address resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with property management on larger projects and renovations. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Qualifications: Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of building systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work on-call as needed (weekends included) will be reimbursed for mileage and cell phone stipend
