Major Job Responsibilities: Lead sales team for Channels and Distributors and take direct responsibilities for some Channels and Distributors not covered by his/her team. Drive indirect Sales into WISPs, Resellers and System Integrators of various market segments through our existing and/or new Channels and Distributors. Drive Demand generation including in non-WISP/ISP market segments 2. Areas of responsibility, permanent objectives and duties: Meet / exceed booking and revenue targets. Lead the team in coordinating channel/account strategies and tactics for sales and sales support team (inside sales, systems engineering, sales management). Develop and implement EMEA Channel & Distributor strategy: “Ceragon-Distributors Reseller-End-users”. Drive demand generation in responsibility area through vendor days, trade shows and other events in cooperation with distribution and reseller partners Develop and execute a plan jointly w. distributors addressing reseller and system integrators in new areas other than WISP/ISP, e.g., public safety, smart-cities, video surveillance, IoT, utilities); Manage POS reporting obligations with distribution. Manage/ align inventory levels of distributors. Align and sign Channels and Distributors agreements on same Ceragon contract terms. Update sales pipeline in Salesforce.com with accuracy. Develop new value propositions, use cases and campaigns; • Sell professional services (SLA) through channel.
