Consumer Digital Project Manager – C2X Shipping & Consumer Solutions Job Overview We are looking for two Consumer Digital Project Managers to join our Digital Services team. These roles involve driving the development and deployment of digital services for both C2X Shipping and broader Consumer Solutions, with a focus on enhancing consumer experiences on our website and mobile platforms. You will be working closely with various internal stakeholders, including Marketing, IT, and Operations, to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Consumer Digital Project Manager – C2X Shipping As the C2X Shipping Project Manager , you will manage the digital journey for ad-hoc parcel senders, focusing on private individuals and small businesses. Your main tasks will include: Developing and rolling out shipping tools on both website and mobile apps. Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver tailored shipping experiences. Collecting user feedback to continuously improve the digital shipping process. Implementing solutions to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Managing end-to-end testing, gap analysis, and training for business unit users. Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and scalability. 2. Consumer Digital Project Manager – Consumer Solutions As the Consumer Solutions Project Manager , your role will be to improve consumer experiences on our digital platforms. Your responsibilities include: Co-designing consumer-centric digital solutions across our website, mobile apps, and customer communication tools. Defining and executing the roadmap for digital service improvements, focusing on consumer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Leading the international roll-out of consumer digital solutions while ensuring they align with local business needs. Working closely with business units to define use cases, manage change, and ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinating workshops to gather business needs and propose innovative digital solutions. General Responsibilities for Both Roles Collaborate with Business Units (BU), IT, Marketing, Design, Customer Service, and Sales teams to define the digital services strategy. Benchmark competitors’ services and identify key differentiators. Drive agile project management across all stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Create and maintain service documentation and communication tools. Facilitate training workshops and webinars for local teams to ensure proper adoption of digital solutions. Monitor market trends in e-commerce and digital consumer engagement to propose new, innovative solutions. Profile & Skills We are looking for digital project managers passionate about growing e-commerce businesses and driving change in a dynamic, international context . Experience : Minimum of 5 years in B2C digital services, mobile app management, or consumer digital solutions. Experience in the e-commerce or delivery sector is highly desirable. Language Skills : Fluent in English and French. A third language is a plus. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MS Pack-Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Klaxoon/Miro. Experience with omnichannel customer relationship management (CRM) and mobile app/web development is a plus. Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities, adaptability, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Mindset : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and focus on user satisfaction and business needs. Location : Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (with 2 days of home office per week). Occasional travel mainly within Europe (2 days per month).
