Key Account Manager France & Belgium Lead together with the Country Director the business development of the wholesale key account business and strategic contemporary accounts in the territory of France and Belgium. Develop competitive & relevant Key Account Plans by channel, account and gender. Region & main accounts: Develop and drive joint key account plans for agreed on & offline key accounts. Develop & evolve the business channel, wholesale, strategic accounts. Apply the commercial strategy & plan for the whs business channels: online accounts, department stores & brick & mortar in the territory. Specify the business goals and strategies per key account, the tools and resources needed to secure and accelerate sustainable growth, all in alignment with overall business strategic plan. Manage the sales activities with strong focus on key account management, expansion management, strategic development of the partners and related product category trainings. Develop and lead opening plan and distribution growth with the commercial team - strategically before the season and on the field during the season. Effectively manage the wholesale organization and their account profitability to grow within budgeted top and bottom-line frames. Drive and manage the wholesale business with long-term business objectives in mind and allocating them to each agent/area according to company's target. Manage all key metrics: gross and net sales, gross margins, returns, discounts and coop marketing budgets. Drive, organize and execute sell-in meetings with our strategic partners, with a strong focus on growth vision and related budget plan, both sell-in and sell-out throughout the season/year. Constantly monitor and drive improvement of the Key Accounts KPIs; sell-through, assortment share, stock turn, deliveries, replenishment, digital sales, and net revenue. Work closely with customer service to ensure the delivery of pre-orders and re-orders. Identify and drive digital business opportunities with main accounts. Build a constructive and trustful relationship with account contacts by fully understanding the decision making process, account’s corporate objectives and strategies, financial performance and logistical process & deliveries. Introduce brand to the new distribution channels, Contemporary & Sports lifestyle. Drive in season management, in store trainings & visual merchandising with commercial team across territory. Set structured in season management processes with accounts, commercial team & HQ. Continuous bench-marking activities through market and key account data analysis. Commercialize in territory & distribution channel key product strategies like franchise lines. Secure balanced sales of all product categories, women´s, men´s and kids. Team & org: Evolve & develop commercial structure. Ensure joint business plan mindset and follow up across the commercial organization. Assist the country director within all the reports and analysis about wholesale activity in France and Belgium. Being the point of contact between agents/ sales representative and HQ. Required: Required: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role. Well networked in the industry. Affinity for footwear, fashion, lifestyle. Strong negotiator, fantastic organizational skills with a proactive approach Great communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do-attitude and hands-on mentality Strong sense of accountability and responsibility Required: Excel, PowerPoint.
