Mission & Responsibilities A modern, efficient, and reliable Pricing & Billing system is key as it enables Pricing & Commercial to maintain and manage rates in line with the strategy and Commercial policy. The Pricing & Billing system manager acts as the coordinator between Sales and Central IT teams by defining Business Requirements with local Sales, while ensuring priorities are clearly assessed for Central IT. He/She will particularly focus on the following areas where opportunities lie: Within the Pricing & Commercial environment: Improve the accuracy and ease of rate maintenance in one single rating platform, reducing time lost correcting errors that negatively affect customer experience and our rate negotiation capabilities. Enable best practice sharing in pricing to take advantage of profitable market opportunities. Provide a full view of Customer revenue, enabling better commercial analysis and decision-making. Improve transparency through automated rating processes (workflows). Collect, coordinate, and streamline Business Units' change requests for group pricing systems, driving pricing master data management with the group IT team. Within the Sales environment: Facilitate winning and retaining customers through improved pricing capabilities and flexibility. Provide Sales with a fast and clear view of customer-specific rates within their Sales system. Improve Commercial response time to Sales rating requests, leading to faster feedback to customers, less "lost" Sales time, and an improved customer experience/perception/quote conversion rate. Within the Administration & IT environment: Eliminate manual loading of rates, leading to potential cost savings. Eliminate manual tasks related to billing, leading to billing efficiency and audit compliance (e.g., reduction of rate rejections, etc.). Reduce the number of non-invoiced services by automating rate uploads, particularly during rate increase periods. Reduce invoice queries by eliminating errors related to manual rate entry. Collect, coordinate, and streamline Business Units' change requests for the group billing system. Improve the speed of retrieval of customer rates for query management. You collaborate directly with selected Business Units (BU), cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, IT) to support the design and implementation of pricing and billing services for several business units, taking into account the local market and business unit specificities. Profile and Skills Required Passionate about systems challenges. Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a similar position. Excellent English and French proficiency; a third language relevant to the business units in their scope of responsibility is appreciated. Skills Required Project management in a transversal position. 360° understanding of a company's functions and end-to-end main dependencies (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, IT, Legal, etc.). Solid skills in project or program management (scheduling, dependencies, multi-stakeholder management), service design (marketing, offers), IT, and digital background. Experience in transport or logistics is a plus. Ability to drive change management and work in a transformation-focused environment. Capability to deep dive into complex processes while providing simplified views for decision-makers. Fluent English is required. Tools: MS Office Pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc. Such a profile could evolve toward product management or strategic program management. Position Location Address: 26 rue Guynemer, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. Work Environment: Possibility for home office 2 days/week. Occasional travel mainly in Europe (approximately 2 days per month).
