Conduct outbound calls to businesses with expired high-value services, encouraging them to renew. Reach out to businesses requesting refunds for products or services, aiming to minimize payouts while addressing customer concerns effectively. Gather and report customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve targets successfully. To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need : A minimum of 2 years of sales experience. At least 2 years of customer service experience. Dependability and a proactive approach to your work. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A bachelors degree (preferred but not essential). Exceptional verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
