F45 Training Boerum Hill is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team Position: Part-Time Sales Representative Hours: 18 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Sunday) Pay: $18 per hour base - plus competitive commission structure. Responsibilities: Engage with members daily, building strong relationships and fostering a positive community atmosphere. Confidently make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and members, with a focus on converting leads and maintaining member satisfaction. Understand and track KPIs, sales targets, and member acquisition goals to ensure consistent performance and growth. Learn and continuously improve your sales skills, staying informed on the latest techniques and strategies. Collaborate with our team to drive membership growth and retention, always keeping community-building at the forefront of your approach. Be a key player in representing the F45 brand and helping potential members see the value of joining our fitness community. Requirements: Prior experience in sales is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Highly outgoing, with the ability to strike up conversations easily and maintain enthusiasm in every interaction. Comfortable and confident in making phone calls and handling high-volume outreach. Strong understanding of key sales metrics and a passion for tracking progress and achieving goals. Passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. Personal training experience is a plus but not required. Self-motivated and willing to invest time in learning and developing within the role. Why Join Us?
