Job Description Maintain consistent time and attendance in accordance with H & H Policy Assignment requires you to work in collaboration with a team / group assignment or independently Prepare patient chart for scanning and batching by verifying correct patient to MR, and correctly labeling documents, taking care to maintain accuracy for patient care Utilizing OnBase to scan, batch and index patient Medical Records Performing computer MPI inquiries in EPIC or QuadraMed to verify MR and patient visit history Scanning patient records directly into EPIC when necessary Updating and reconciling scan target sheets as needed for QC, escalate issues to supervisor as needed Processing walk-in requests for Medical Records from appropriate personnel as assigned by File Room Supervisor or other Medical Records Management Staff Lifting with charts, pushing wagons and carts with charts to transport them throughout the dept Performing any and all other related Quality Control duties as assigned by Supervisor Minimum Qualifications 1. A high school diploma or its educational equivalent; and 2. Six (6) months of full-time satisfactory clerical experience and/or experience interacting with the public, such as processing sales; taking, processing, and delivering orders; obtaining and dispensing information; listening to and resolving customers concerns, problems, and complaints; and/or performing related customer service activities.
