We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator that is conscientious and will enjoy a broad and varied Sales Coordinator role in a growing, market leading engineering and manufacturing company in Derby. Your background as a Sales Coordinator: Previous experience of working within a sales coordinator, sales administrator, sales administration, sales support, or similar customer service / customer focussed position. Experience within a business to business, manufacturing, or engineering environment would be beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build professional relationships. Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of using CRM Systems would be advantageous. Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: Support field-based Sales Managers and the product dealership network through providing excellent customer service and managing administrative tasks. This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth and efficient sales operations, fostering strong dealer network and customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. You will process and coordinate sales orders from start to finish, handle enquiries, and coordinating sales activities by telephone, email, and using a CRM system. Generate and maintain sales reports / records to track performance and other key metrics.
